Providing Long Islanders with Sound Legal Advice for More Than Thirty-Five Years After graduating from New York University, School of Law with an LLM in taxation, Mr. Morrison began his career at the Law Offices of Michael K. Grundfast, a general practice firm where he gained a wealth of experience across various different practice areas which include Matrimonial Law, Estate Law, Commercial Practice, Real Estate and Civil and Criminal Trials.
In 1992, Mr. Morrison and Mr. Grundfast went on to form Grundfast & Morrison PC in Smithtown, New York and served its community for over twenty years.
Mr. Morrison opened his own practice in 2020 but ultimately continued to join our firm as a partner in January of 2022.
Not only does he practice law, but Mr. Morrison runs the Center Island Aikido School in Smithtown, a non-for-profit Aikido and Tai Chi school specializing in Eastern practices and meditation. Mr. Morrison understands the importance of authentic connections by engaging in thoughtful conversation, active listening, and by exhibiting empathy. Clients appreciate his ability to make connections with them, but more importantly, his ability to provide solutions to their problems.
